产品描述：
胰岛素（insulin）是胰腺中胰岛β细胞分泌的一种双链形式 ( α, β) 的多肽激素 ，由 51个氨基酸组成 ，其中α链包含 21 个 氨基酸 ，β链包含30 个氨基酸。两条链间通过二对二硫键连接 ，而α链自身还含有一对二硫键。胰岛素的分泌过程是：前胰 岛素原的氨基末端携带有一段 23-30 氨基酸的信号肽 ，该信号肽可将前胰岛素原转移至内质网 ，然后立即被切断 ，释放出 胰岛素原。胰岛素原由胰岛素β链、C-肽和α链组成 ，释放出的胰岛素原随即被转至高尔基体 ，在此被包装并转化成胰岛素，与 C-肽一同释放至血液。胰岛素是目前已知的机体内少有能降低血糖的蛋白激素 ，不仅负责调控细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和 脂肪酸的摄入 ，利用和储存 ，而且抑制糖原 ，蛋白质和脂肪的降解发生。
本品为大肠杆菌表达的全长序列的人胰岛素，分子量大约为 5800 Da，结构与天然来源的人胰岛素相同，常用作细胞培养的辅助成分 ，常见使用浓度为 1~10 μg/mL。
