Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD73 antibody [HL2493] (GTX638851) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD73 antibody [HL2493] (GTX638851) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
CD73 antibody [HL2493] detects CD73 protein at cell membrane by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.
CD73 stained by CD73 antibody [HL2493] (GTX638851) diluted at 1:50.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
