产品名称:Addexbio DSL-6A/C1 cells细胞 产品货号:C0018011 Disease:Rat pancreatic carcinoma, induced by azaserine Origin:DSL-6A/C1 were derived from a transplantable acinar cell carcinoma (DSL-6) that had been established from a primary carcinoma of the pancreas in an intraperitoneal treatment with azaserine in male Lewis rat. The expression of the ductal cell marker OC.2 was shown with a sub-population expressing ductal marker OV-6, CK-7 and CK-19. DSL-6A/C1 cells are reported to be tumorigenic in Lewis rats and produce solid tumors composed of duct like structures surrounded by dense fibrous tissue. The cell line lost structural and immunohistochemical acinar cell markers while acquiring duct cell markers during culture and re-grafting. The cultured DSL-6A/C1 tumor cells initially produced amylase, but production of exocrine enzymes ceased after 1 to 2 weeks in culture. The DSL-6A/C1 cell line expresses the ductal marker cystic fibrosis transmembrane regulator (CFTR). The cell line lacks CCK-A receptors.
