    产品介绍

    NCI-H69是一种人小细胞肺癌细胞系,源自一位55岁患有小细胞肺癌的白人男性的胸腔积液转移病灶。该细胞系是非整倍体,将在软琼脂中形成集落,并保留小细胞癌形态和超微结构以及 APUD 细胞特征。
    细胞聚集生长,因此细胞计数不准确。细胞的细胞角蛋白染色呈阳性。该生产线可适合在摇瓶或旋转瓶系统中生长。N-myc基因被扩增,并有mRNA和蛋白质的表达。C-myc mRNA(而非蛋白质)低水平表达。存在c-myb、v-fes、v-fms、c-raf 1、Ha-ras、Ki-ras和N-ras mRNA的表达。
