产品描述：
小鼠CCL17（也称为TARC）是一种关键的趋化因子，主要由树突状细胞等免疫细胞产生。它通过特异性结合受体CCR4，精准招募Th2细胞和调节性T细胞至炎症或肿瘤部位，从而主导Th2型免疫应答（如过敏、哮喘），并在肿瘤微环境中发挥免疫调节作用。因其与人类CCL17高度同源，已成为研究过敏性疾病、肿瘤免疫及药物靶点开发的重要小鼠模型分子。
