【内参抗体】Anti-β-Actin mIgG1 Antib

β-Actin(肌动蛋白，细胞骨架蛋白)，375个氨基酸组成，分子量大小为42-43kDa左右。它们在各组织和细胞中的表达相对恒定，在检测蛋白的表达水平变化时常用它来做参照物。β-Actin作为内参是得到公认的，针对大多数组织和细胞来说，它广泛分布于细胞质内，表达量非常丰富。但是在一些少量特殊的情况下比如脂肪组织和细胞内，β-Actin的表达量就很少。

Background                Beta-actin (human gene and protein abbreviation ACTB/ACTB) is one of six different actin isoforms which have been identified in humans. This is one of the two nonmuscle cytoskeletal actins. Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in cell motility, structure and integrity. Alpha actins are a major constituent of the contractile apparatus. Owing to β-actin is ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells, it is usually used as a loading control for assays involving protein detection (such as Western blotting).

数据展示

用HEK-293、Hepal-6、PC12、CHO-K1、MDCK细胞进行WB验证分析，上样后120 V进行电泳，300 mA、1.5h进行转膜，转膜结束后用5%脱脂奶粉封闭两小时，使用actin抗体(Catalog#GM-77430AB)(1:1000稀释)，在摇床上4℃孵育过夜，用1×TBST清洗三次后添加二抗，摇床室温孵育2-3 h，用1×TBST清洗三次后进行显影。
