Various whole cell and tissue extracts were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with JNK1 + JNK2 antibody (GTX133806) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
JNK1 + JNK2 antibody detects JNK1 + JNK2 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
JNK1 + JNK2 stained by JNK1 + JNK2 antibody (GTX133806) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with JNK1 + JNK2 antibody (GTX133806) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
