Olendalizumab

产品活性：Olendalizumab (ALXN1007) 是一种源自小鼠的人源化 IgG2-G4-κ 抗体，靶向补体蛋白 C5a (Ki=60 pM)。Olendalizumab 靶向补体炎症通路。并且，Olendalizumab 可用于研究由冠状病毒引起的补体介导的疾病。
作用靶点：Complement System
In Vitro: Olendalizumab can be used as an biotinylated capture reagent, with working concentration of 100 μg/mL in Bioaffy wash 1, while the AlexaFluor labeled anti-C5a clone 2942 is 4 μg/mL in Rexxip F.
The members of the complement system such as C3, C5a, C5b-9, including receptors such as C3aR and C5aR mediate the lung injury following viral infection. Moreover, C5/C5a is only non-silent complement in corona virus-induced lung injury. Olendalizumab is the potent C5a inhibitor.
