LC3 antibody by centrifugation and washing twice with PBS, the surface markers mentioned above were used to stain the cells as described above. Cells were washed twice with PBS prior to flow cytometric analysis. Notably, for Figure 1b–h, PBMCs were treated with chloroquine (CQ) (Sigma Aldrich, USA) at a concentration of 50 lM for 12 h prior to LC3 detection.
