Tigatuzumab (3-8 μg/mL; 5 h) induces apoptosis of cancer cells.
In Vivo: Tigatuzumab (3 mg/kg; i.v. weekly for 4 weeks) effectively represses the tumor growth in human pancreatic cancer MIA PaCa-2-RFP orthotopic mouse model.
