In Vitro: The combination of Cisplatin (HY-17394) with Lexatumumab synergistically inhibits the cell growth and enhanced apoptotic death.
Lexatumumab (0-10 µg/ml, 72 h) induces various degrees of cell death in the different melanoma cell lines.
In Vivo: Lexatumumab (10 mg/kg, i.v., twice a week) increases antitumor effect in vivo when combined with Dacarbazine (HY-B0078).
