产品描述
- mRNA作为疫苗及药物，最终应用于人体，生产用原材料应符合现行版《中华人民共和国药典》相关规定和/或与国际通行要求一致。对原料进行鉴别试验，是已知原料的确证试验，以证实贮藏在有标签容器中的原料是否为其所标示的原料。在mRNA的体外转录和修饰过程中会用到各种酶类，酶作为一种蛋白类物质，可根据《中国药典》2020版第四部生物测定法中，免疫斑点法（Dot Immunobinding Assay，DIBA）（通则3402）进行鉴别试验。本试剂盒是以聚偏二氟乙烯膜(Polyvinylidene fluoride，PVDF)为固相，通过免疫斑点法进行抗原抗体反应，进行各项原料酶的鉴别试验。
- 试剂盒包含六种抗体，抗T7 RNA polymerase抗体、抗Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic (yeast) 抗体、抗RNase Inhibitor抗体、抗DNase I抗体、抗Vaccinia capping enzyme抗体和抗mRNA Cap 2´-O-Methyltransferase抗体，可以特异性定性分析鉴别mRNA体外转录及修饰用酶。本试剂盒操作简便，结果清晰，具有高特异性和高耐用性等特点。
产品用途特异性定性分析鉴别T7 RNA polymerase、Vaccinia capping enzyme、Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic (yeast)、DNase I、mRNA Cap 2´-O-Methyltransferase和RNase Inhibitor。

- 蛋白抗体类试剂保存于-20℃，避免反复冻融；
