产品说明：高通量的从96个组织样品中提取基因组DNA该试剂盒采用了96孔硅胶板和D3396溶液系统，可高通量地从96个动物组织或培养细胞样品中提取基因组DNA。每个孔可处理20mg动物组织或1x106培养细胞。提取过程不需用到有害的酚氯/仿抽提和耗时的异丙醇或乙醇沉淀。纯化的基因组可直接用于PCR，Southern杂交，标记等下游操作。
