●1、用蒸馏水冲洗染色的组织切片；
●2、轻轻摇动载玻片以去除多余的水。吸干组织切片周围残留的水；
●3、将载玻片放在水平表面上，并在组织切片的顶部滴两滴FluorSave；
●4、小心地将盖玻片放在封固液的顶部；避免捕获气泡；此时，只要将载玻片保持在水平位置，就可以处理并放置在显微镜下；
●5、FluorSave将在室温下固化一小时；在垂直储存之前，让载玻片风干过夜；在暗处储存玻片。
