凭借创新的自动对焦技术和精密的细胞计数算法，TC20全自动细胞计数仪可在30秒内完成细胞计数，消除主观偏差，生成可靠的数据。

当插入一个计数板时，TC20 可在有或无染色的情况下评估细胞总数，并可通过台盼兰染色评估细胞活力。为了确定细胞是否具有活性，TC20 全自动细胞计数仪通过分析在聚焦步骤中多个焦平面拍摄的图像，扫描每一个细胞。自动对焦和多平面扫描可以消除由于手动对焦带来的偏差。其精确度与血球计数仪获得的结果相当。
TC20全自动细胞计数仪具有比血球计数板更高的准确性。其6-50μm的细胞直径范围和5x 10⁴-1 x 10⁷ cells/ml的细胞浓度动态范围使用户无需对细胞进行稀释，从而减少计数前样品稀释带来的误差。
对于复杂样品如原代细胞，用户可以调节细胞直径筛选阈值大小，界定需要计数的目标细胞群。
TC20自动细胞计数仪自带的内存可存储100次计数结果并可通过USB端口输出。用户也可以选用安装于PC上的TC20数据分析软件对细胞图片进一 步分析。
