肝细胞生长因子 (HGF) 是一种间充质细胞分泌产生的多功能因子，它能够刺激多种上皮、内皮和间质细胞的生长，血管生成、免疫调节活性，促进细胞增殖、移动和侵袭。成熟的HGF分子由分子量为53.7 KDa的α链和分子量为26 KDa的β链组成的异源二聚体结构。HGF 通过在与 c-Met 受体结合后激活酪氨酸激酶信号级联来调节细胞生长、迁移和形态发生。HGF刺激有丝分裂、细胞运动和基质侵袭的能力使其在血管生成、肿瘤发生和组织再生中发挥核心作用。
重组人HGF蛋白由哺乳动物细胞表达，采用无动物源性材料生产和药用辅料制剂。执行《药品生产质量管理规范（2010年修订）》，严格控制细菌内毒素残留、宿主蛋白质残留、外源性DNA残留等，保证产品质量安全有效。
特点：基因工程生产，无血清无动物来源；药用规格原辅料制备细胞培养。
