产品描述：
白细胞介素18（Interleukin-1, IL-18）属IL-1家族，与IL-12相比具有更强的诱导产生IFN-gamma的能力。IL-18能刺激CD3单抗活化的T细胞增殖，也可作为NK细胞的激活剂，增强NK细胞的细胞毒性作用。此外，IL-18可与IL -12协同作用诱导产生IFN-gamma，提高NK细胞活性及促进T细胞增殖。
重组人IL-18蛋白由哺乳动物细胞表达，采用无动物源性材料生产和药用辅料制剂。执行《药品生产质量管理规范（2010年修订）》，严格控制细菌内毒素残留、宿主蛋白质残留、外源性DNA残留等，保证产品质量安全有效。
制剂：本品为白色疏松体。
产品用途：可用于多种体外细胞培养。
使用建议：
（1） 使用前检查储存条件和产品效期符合规定。
（2） 注射用水复溶，蛋白浓度 > 100 μg/ml。
（3） 产品复溶和分装，严格控制无菌、无热原。
（4） 产品复溶分装后可置-70℃冻存，应避免反复冻融引起蛋白质变性和其它可能的污染风险。
