功能:Eph受体的细胞表面gpi结合配体,Eph受体是酪氨酸激酶受体家族,在神经元、血管和上皮细胞发育过程中对迁移、排斥和粘附起关键作用。杂乱地结合住在邻近细胞上的Eph受体,导致接触依赖的双向信号传导到邻近细胞。受体下游的信号通路称为正向信号,ephrin配体下游的信号通路称为反向信号。当与同源受体的细胞外域结合时,在类似小泡的膜微域内诱导区域化的信号传导。这个信号转导过程需要Fyn酪氨酸激酶的活性。激活EPHA3受体调节细胞-细胞粘附和细胞骨架组织。EPHA2与受体共同调控晶状体纤维细胞的形状和相互作用,对晶状体透明的维持具有重要作用。可积极刺激轴突束状运动。EFNA5与EPHA5的相互作用还介导胰岛细胞间的通讯,以调节葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌。EPHA7同源/功能配体,它们的相互作用调节大脑发育,调节细胞间的粘附和排斥。
