      ,但二者均未扩出;.......提示目的基因及内参可能有问题?用肯定可以扩出内参的RT产物包括人,样本各一,以验证是否内参存在问题,结果人cDNA可扩出内参GAPDHcDNA未见内参GAPDH;......提示内参只能扩人,而我的样本为,所以出现目的基因及内参均未扩出的结果,故不能就此推论RT有误。为进一步明确是否内参引物同时有问题,再次用GAPDH肯定可以扩出内参的cDNA,仍无结果;.......证实GAPDH不能起到内参作用。那么问题在哪呢???????RT过程RNA降解?(操作中
