吡啶酰胺杀虫剂；抑制褐飞虱(N.lugens)内向整流钾通道Kir1(IC50=0.64µM)；在100µg/ml浓度下，抑制日本萝卜叶上M.persicae蚜虫的唾液分泌和汁液摄入；对蚜虫A.gossypii、R.padi、S.graminum和L.erysimi（LC50s分别为0.64、0.74、0.78和2.01µg/ml）和大鼠（LD50=≥844mg/kg）产生毒性。A pyridinecarboxamide insecticide; inhibits brown planthopper (N. lugens) inward-rectifying potassium channel Kir1 (IC50 = 0.64 µM); inhibits salivation and sap ingestion of M. persicae aphids during feeding on Japanese radish leaves at 100 µg/ml; induces toxicity in the aphid species A. gossypii, R. padi, S. graminum, and L. erysimi (LC50s = 0.64, 0.74, 0.78, and 2.01 µg/ml, respectively) and rats (LD50 = ≥844 mg/kg).
