Dennis Karthaus
Dennis Karthaus毕业于德国不来梅哈芬应用科技大学，研究课题围绕蛋白纯化平台的分析研究与细胞系的开发等项目。在2012年，Dennis Karthaus加入了IBA Lifesciences，目前他带领蛋白质产品与分析部门，从事蛋白表达，纯化与分析的产品和技术研发相关工作。

在进行免疫研究的多种下游实验前，首先要分离得到所需的免疫细胞。此过程的关键影响因素之一，是需保持免疫细胞的处于天然状态下，不受影响。基于Strep-tag技术平台的Traceless affinity cell selection (TACS)技术，使用低亲和力并且可逆的试剂分选目的细胞，可以保持目的细胞群体的状态不受影响。本课程将介绍基于Strep-tag®技术平台开发单域抗体的流程。
