| 背景： | The creatine kinases are a family of enzymes with a highly conserved protein sequence, which are involved in the maintenance of ATP at sites of cellular work .Three cytoplasmic (non-mitochondrial) isoenzymes of creatine kinase (CK)' are readily identified in human tissue. These isoenzymes are dimeric molecules with two dissociable subunits designated as M- (muscle) or B- (brain) type that can reassociate to form the electrophoretically distinct MM, BB, or MB isotypes (1).The protein encoded by creatine kinase B is a cytoplasmic enzyme involved in energy homeostasis. The encoded protein reversibly catalyzes the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens such as creatine phosphate (2). Creatine kinase isoenzymes are crucial to energy metabolism, particularly in tissues with high energy requirements, such as skeletal muscle, heart, brain and spermatozoa (3).REFERENCES1. Frederic J.
