Hi there,
any idea about how long should I deprivate the serum for BMDC used for cell signaling?
It takes about 16 hours for the cell line, but I have no idea for the primary cells likeBMDC and BMDM.

Maybe you had to arrange a time course, such as 12, 24, 36, and 48 h, to observe the deprivation effect.

For the time kinetics that more than 18h, I would like to give up because they will perform apoptosis.
