粗肌丝(think filament)

组成肌节的肌球蛋白丝。由于构成粗肌丝的肌球蛋白是首尾排列的,所以粗肌丝是双极性的。头部露在外部, 成为与细肌丝接触的桥, 头部激活后有ATP酶的活性，引起肌收缩。估计每个粗肌丝由几百个(250～300)肌球蛋白构成。
