精囊腺（seminal vesicle）

一对弯曲盲管，位前列腺后上方，由迂曲小管组成。外面被结缔组织包裹；表面凹凸不平；上端为精囊底，下端细直，为排泄管。其粘膜有高而薄的皱襞，分支彼此连接成网，并形成许多不规则的腔隙。粘膜上皮为假复层柱状，细胞质内含大量分泌颗粒和黄色的脂色素。其固有膜含弹性纤维的薄层致密结缔组织。肌层薄，主为环行平滑肌，外膜为疏松结缔组织。精囊腺分泌物构成精液大部，含丰富的果糖可作为精子的能源，并分泌前列腺素。
