原尿（primary urine）

血浆中的部分水分、无机盐类、葡萄糖、尿酸、尿素等小分子物质，由肾小球毛细血管滤过到肾小囊中成为滤过液，是尿生成的第一步，又称原尿。除不含大分子蛋白质外，其它各种成分均与血浆相同。人两肾每昼夜生成的原尿可达 180升。
