抗原决定簇 antigenic determinant

抗原引起抗体形成，通常至少要有约1000以上的分子量，但与被形成的抗体相结合的只不过是抗原分子的一小部分结构，这小部分称为抗原决定簇。兰德斯坦纳（ K· Landsteiner）自 1920年以来，把苯衍生物同蛋白质结合的物质（半抗原）用作抗原，并根据确认对该抗原的抗体形成事实，而确定了抗原决定簇的概念。
