        干涉缺陷型质粒 defective interfering particle

        病毒中（主要是动物病毒）与完整的质粒很近似，但核酸分子有一部分缺陷的病毒。一般地说在高浓度感染时才产生，在动物病毒的主要类群中几乎都能看到。单独时不能增殖，但和完整质粒同时感染就能增殖，并且可抑制完整质粒的增殖。它也能抑制近缘病毒的增殖。最初发现于流感病毒（P.von Mag－nus，1951），称为不完整质粒或冯·马格纳斯（vonMagnus）质粒。在各种弹子状病毒中也很易找到。弹子状的完整质粒称B质粒，而干涉缺陷型质粒往往称为长或短的T质粒。
