    甲-受体（α-受体） α－receptor

    对儿茶酚胺反应的受体，有α和β二类，α受体是其中一种。α受体一般表现兴奋性反应，儿茶酚胺与α受体作用可引起血管、子宫、输精管等的平滑肌收缩。阻断这一反应的药物为α阻断剂，有麦角碱、地苯那明（Dibenamine，双苄胺）、苯氧基苯胺等。
