阴茎囊 cirrus sac， cirrus pouch， penial sheath 亦称阴茎鞘。扁形动物的涡虫纲、吸虫纲复殖亚纲、绦虫纲的输精管末端，经贮精囊、前列腺、射精管达至肌性的阴茎，包围这些部分囊状构造称为阴茎囊。交尾时阴茎从囊内经生殖窝由雌雄共同生殖孔伸出体外。
