        氧效应 oxygen effect

        氧效应 oxygen effect X射线和γ射线照射时，由于氧分压的高低或存在与否所出现的生物学效应的增减现象。（ G． Sch－ warz（ 1909）在通过压迫人的皮肤使血行发生障碍时，发现了可使皮肤的放射线伤害减轻的氧效应，这是人工控制放射线效应的最早的例子。从细菌到高等生物，都能看到这种现象，说明在放射线间接作用时，细胞内产生的游离基与机体物质的反应是受氧的影响。对于 LET高的放射线（中子、 α线、质子），氧效应不显著。
