输胆管 bile duct

亦称胆管。在脊椎动物中连接肝脏与肠的管道，构成肝脏分泌物胆汁的输出管。它在肝脏内分支形成小叶间胆管，更与肝小叶中的胆小管相连。输胆管在途中往往以其分支连于胆囊，胆囊以分支即胆囊管（cystic duct）开口于输胆管，此时把胆囊管开口部与肝之间的输胆管称为肝管（hepatic duct），把开口部与肠之间的部分称为胆总管（choledochal duct）。有的种类，于输胆管的肠开口附近与胰管相会合。
