        心音 heart sound

        　　心音 heart sound 随着心脏搏动而产生的声音。用听诊器可以听到。把描记的心音曲线（ phonocardiogram）与同时记录的心电图、脉搏曲线等进行比较分析，能区分出四种心音。第一心音是由心室收缩时产生的振动而引起的，它由四个成分组成。第二心音是由于动脉瓣关闭时的振动而来，是由四个成分组成。第三心音多在青年人中产生，认为是由于心室壁扩张时的振动而引起的，第四心音可称为心房音（ auricular sound），是由于心房收缩时的振动而产生的。心房音在正常状态下，与构成第一心音的成分相融合，但当房室跳动不协调，或房室传导延迟时，可与第一心音分离。
