回交（back cross）

一种杂交方法。将由两个亲本杂交所得的杂种子代再与两亲本中的一个进行杂交。这样杂交所得的后代称为“回交杂种”。被用来回交的那一亲本称为“轮回亲本”（recurrent parent），未被用来回交的那一亲本称为“非轮回亲本”。用双隐性亲本来进行回交，便是测交。测交是遗传学上用以确定生物基因型的重要方法。在育种实践中通过连续回交，可以加强杂种后代对某一亲本性状的表现，是动、植物育种工作中的一种常用方法。
