腺苷酸脱氨酶 adenylate deaminase 催化 5′ -腺苷酸水解脱氨生成次黄嘌呤核苷 -5′－磷酸（次黄核苷酸）反应的酶， EC 3． 5． 4． 6．特异性强，脱氧腺苷酸可作为底物，但对 ATP或腺苷 -3′ -磷酸等其它核苷酸无作用。发现于肌肉、心肌、脑、网膜、神经、红血球等动物组织中。最适 pH=5.9-6.4，可为 Ca2＋ 、 Mg2 或其混合物所激活。
