胸管 thoracic duct 胸管是爬行类以上脊椎动物的淋巴管的主干，它汇集尾部。下肢和胸部的淋巴管而进入左锁下静脉。两栖类在此处也有相似的一条淋巴主干，这条淋巴主于在进入静脉前复左右分枝，然后各进注入左、右锁下静脉。爬行类及鸟类的胸骨原则上是 2条（爬行类有时为 1条），哺乳类多数是 1条（有时 2条）。狭义的说只有哺乳类才有胸管。除左侧上半身外，所有淋巴都流入胸管。
