        嘌呤霉素 puromycin

        由白黑链霉菌（ Streptomyces alboniger）的培养滤液中获得的抗菌素，除对所有细菌具抗性外，还具有抗肿瘤活性。由于其结构与 tRNA的末端结构类似，故能抑制细菌及真核细胞的蛋白质合成。常作为实验用药。它作用于结合在核糖核蛋白体上相应部位的肽酰 tRNA，可使肽酰嘌呤霉素从核糖核蛋白体上游离出来。
