        起搏电位 pacemaker potential

        起搏电位亦称起步电位。是通过细胞内记录在心脏起搏点处获得的一种电位，系指在紧接动作电位的静息期内自发而缓慢上升的去极化单位。这种电位一旦到达阈值便发生动作电位。考虑到它是诱发动作电位的成因电位，故也可称为前电位（ prepotentiol），一般说来，作为起搏点功能越强的部位，去极化的斜度越陡，向动作电位的过渡越顺利。自发性兴奋频率之所以改变是由于动作电位之间的静息期的长短发生了变化，而这种变化的原因之一是由于静息期去极化速度发生了改变的缘故。温度和心神经兴奋引起的心律改变可由这种机制来说明。一般认为，心肌起搏点静息期去极化是因为 K 通透性的减少和 Na通透性的增大及钠泵作用的降低造成的。
