蛋白构建A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike RBD (YP_009724390.1, with mutations K417N, E484K, N501Y) (Arg319-Phe541) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20C/501Y.V2 or B.1.351 lineage) which emerged in South Africa.
