| 方法 | Early-passage neonatal human dermal fibroblasts were maintained in Medium 106 supplemented with low serum growth supplement. Cell-survival experiments were performed using a sulforhodamine B assay. Cells are incubated for 24h in cisplatin with or without RS-1 and are subsequently incubated for an additional 6 days in normal media lacking both agents. Sulforhodamine B-stained cells are quantified with a Synergy plate reader. |
