产品描述
本产品为即用型LB 琼脂平板（含100 μg/mL Ampicillin），平板规格为90×15 mm，培养基经121℃、20 min 高温灭菌，每块平板含25 mL的培养基。适用于一般细菌的培养，特别适用于分子生物学试验中大肠杆菌的保存和培养。本品免去了客户配置LB培养基过程中消耗的时间和精力，明显提高实验效率。

运输与保存

配方
1.0% Tryptone
0.5% Yeast Extract
1.0% NaCl
1.5% Agar
Ampicillin (100 μg/mL)
使用方法
1. 使用前，先将平皿放置到37℃ 恒温箱预热。
2. 无菌操作，接种菌种，如大肠杆菌（E.coli）。
3. 平皿倒置在37℃ 恒温箱培养。大肠杆菌培养时间一般为12~16 h。
注意事项
1. 本产品仅限于科学实验研究使用，不得用于临床诊断、治疗等领域。
2. 平皿盖子如有冷凝水，属正常现象，可在无菌环境中将水倒出或吸出，不影响使用。
3. 平板为真空包装，若出现胀气，漏气，请勿使用。
4. 抗生素不稳定，请在有效期内尽快使用。
5. 冷藏时平皿正置，可以减少冷凝水的形成。
