检测原理
人Presenilin Associated Metalloprotease (PAMP)ELISA试剂盒ELISA试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测人样本中的Presenilin Associated Metalloprotease (PAMP)ELISA试剂盒含量。微孔板预包被抗人Presenilin Associated Metalloprotease (PAMP)ELISA试剂盒捕获抗体，加入标准品或样本后，Presenilin Associated Metalloprotease (PAMP)ELISA试剂盒与捕获抗体结合；再加入HRP标记的检测抗体，形成抗体-Presenilin Associated Metalloprotease (PAMP)ELISA试剂盒-酶标抗体复合物；加入TMB底物显色，终止反应后测定吸光度值。
操作步骤
1. 准备→2. 加样(37℃ 90min)→3. 洗板5次→4. 加检测抗体(37℃ 60min)→5. 洗板5次→6. TMB显色(37℃ 15-20min)→7. 终止→8. 450nm读数
