背景资料：Cytokeratin 19 Fragment Antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1), also known as Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 19, cytokeratin-19 (CK-19) or keratin-19 (K19) is a 40 kDa protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT19 gene. Serum CYFRA 21-1 (cytokeratin-19 fragments) may be a reliable marker of recurrence or therapeutic efficacy, and has been used for monitoring the recurrence of breast cancer and in evaluating therapeutic effects. Serum CYFRA 21-1 has also been used as a biomarker for diagnosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and has ben reported to be elevated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). It can function as a biomarker for detection and monitoring of NPC.

CYFRA21-1/CK19 (Capture Ab) is a Mouse Monoclonal antibody against Human CYFRA21-1/CK19. For ELISA and CLIA immunoassays, it is recommended to use abx019245 as the capture antibody and abx019246 (this product) as the detection antibody.
