产品介绍：
麦伯16孔可分离磁力架可有效地进行<2 mL体积的磁珠分离。磁铁具有较强磁吸力，可在1.5或2ml离心管中进行磁珠的有效分离，并具有灵活，智能的人体工程学设计。最多可容纳16个标准的1.5–2 mL微量离心管。顶架可以从底座上的磁铁上快速卸下，以方便地进行样品的重悬、涡旋等操作，并可作为样品管架放在工作台或冰箱中暂存样品。
使用方法：
1.将结合完毕的装有待分离磁珠-目的物混合液的离心管置于磁力架上。
2.将装载有离心管的顶架插入和固定在磁铁架上后，静止30秒，直到磁珠都被吸至离心管壁。
3.可直接倒去液体，或用移液器吸弃液体。
4.可直接使用装载有离心管的顶架在震荡混匀器上混匀震荡等操作，然后再插入和固定在磁铁架上后，即完成了磁分离操作。

16. Remove plate from magnet and add 48uL DNase I Digestion Buffer and 1 uL DNase I. Resuspend the magnetic beads by pipetting or vortexing. Note: If total nucleic acid (both DNA and RNA) are desired, skip the DNase I digestion step

into the tube containing the beads. Mix throughly and then place on a rotating mixer for 10 minutes at room temperature. 16. Place the tube on the magnet for 10 minutes. The liquid should be cleared after the magnetic beads are completely magnetized.
