Specificity:
Reacts with rat cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 on Western blots of hepatic microsomal fractions. No cross-reactivity with other cytochrome P450 enzymes.

Western blot: useful for the simultaneous detection of rat CYP1A1 (57 kDa) and CYP1A2 (54 kDa), which can be separated electrophoretically.
