支原体去除试剂（MRA）是解决细胞培养中支原体严重污染的有效产品，MRA是抗生素衍生物，通过抑制DNA促旋酶清除支原体污染。MRA在推荐浓度0.5 μg/mL下使用，能够有效去除多种支原体污染，细胞毒性极小，因此也可以作为预防支原体污染使用的试剂，预防浓度为0.1 μg/mL即可。
- 具有很强的抑制支原体活性的能力，一周之内即可从被污染的培养细胞中彻底去除支原体
- 活性范围广，可以维持7天药效，对多种支原体株系均有作用
- 作用浓度低，0.5 μg/mL对支原体有清除作用，对细胞毒性极小

MRA属于抗生素衍生物，通过抑制DNA促旋酶清除支原体污染，该酶是微生物DNA复制过程中必不可少的酶类；
作用浓度低，范围广，细胞毒性小
在0.5 µg/ml 的工作浓度下通过抑制支原体的DNA螺旋酶来杀死支原体；在0.1µg/ml 的工作浓度下有效预防各种支原体污染，在工作浓度下使用时几乎没有细胞毒性，MRA在细胞培养物种可以维持长达7天；
使用方便
即用型，只要添加到细胞培养物种孵育一周即可
