Toceranib

一种小分子、多靶点受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂；阻断野生型和突变型Kit在干细胞因子作用下的自身磷酸化，导致细胞死亡；在体内有效，常用于治疗犬实体肿瘤。A small molecule, multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor; blocks the autophosphorylation of both wild type and mutant forms of Kit in response to stem cell factor, resulting in cell death; active in vivo and commonly used against solid tumors in dogs.
