dhy481 如图，红色是TRITC标记的细胞膜上的一个蛋白，绿色是FITC连接的一段小肽，是在细胞固定前加入到培养基里的，大家帮忙看看，这是不是共定位，谢谢大家～ woxingwosu 看起来好像不是共定位。如果要说共定位，或者说小肽能结合到膜上的蛋白，我认为至少在膜上的绿色至少要比其他的地方要亮的多，这样才能说明是共定位，你这个有可能是非特异性的分布而已。需要加个对照来看看吧。个人意见，呵呵～～
