    DAF-2是一种灵敏的荧光指示剂，常用于检测NO。它在氧气存在下与NO发生反应，生成高荧光三唑荧光素(DAF-2T)。分别使用485和538nM的激发和发射波长监测荧光。在中性pH下，NO的检测限为2-5nM。DAF-2 is a sensitive fluorescent indicator commonly used for the detection of NO. It reacts with NO in the presence of oxygen to yield the highly fluorescent triazolofluorescein (DAF-2T). Fluorescence is monitored using excitation and emission wavelengths of 485 and 538 nM, respectively.
