PCNA抑制剂；抑制PCNA与含PIP盒肽(IC50=1μM)以及全长p21之间的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用；降低PCNA和DNA聚合酶δ的细胞共定位；抑制U2OS和HeLa细胞中的DNA复制和细胞生长；在20μM时诱导细胞周期停滞于S期；在中性彗星试验中增加顺铂诱导的DNA双链断裂形成并抑制HeLa和U2OS细胞中的克隆形成存活。An inhibitor of PCNA; inhibits protein-protein interactions between PCNA and a PIP-box-containing peptide (IC50 = 1 μM) as well as full-length p21; reduces cellular colocalization of PCNA and DNA polymerase δ; inhibits DNA replication and cell growth in U2OS and HeLa cells; induces cell cycle arrest at the S phase at 20 μM; increases cisplatin-induced DNA double strand break formation in a neutral comet assay and inhibition of clonogenic survival in HeLa and U2OS cells.
